Please contact us within 30 days from the date of the purchase if there are any issues with the products you received. In case you received a damaged product we will either refund you for it or send a replacement. We only accept returns of unopened and unused products, we do not accept a return of opened or used product for hygienic reasons.

If you decide to return purchased products, you pay for return shipping and we refund the full amount of returned products as soon as we receive them.

 

NOTE for all US customers: we do not accept returns by UPS or FEDex. Please use your local USPS postal office. Contact us if you have any questions.
